Purpose

These terms govern use of datacenterexit.com. This site explains what a data hall exit involves and lets you request a review of a project.

What the service includes

Collecting a project, the call that follows to scope it, and, with your agreement, passing the scoped request to one qualified provider covering your area, who quotes and performs the work under its own contract. Data Center Exit is an independent reference on buying a data hall decommission, published by Digitori LLC. It does not perform decommissioning, data destruction or disposal itself: it explains what a defensible chain of custody has to contain and which certificates are verifiable, helps you scope the project, and, with your agreement, passes the scoped request to a qualified decommissioning and ITAD provider that covers your area.

What it does not include

  • no price commitment before a site walk and a written scope;
  • no decision on which assets are destroyed rather than erased: that policy is yours;
  • no guarantee that a provider covers every ZIP code, and we say so on the first call;
  • no legal opinion on your retention or disposal obligations.

Your obligations

You undertake to provide accurate information and to have the authority to share the project details you submit, including any obligations owed to your own customers.
