Purpose

These terms govern use of datacenterexit.com, a free intake and matching service between organizations planning a data center exit and independent providers.

What the service includes

Collecting a project, reviewing it, and potentially sharing it with providers. Data Center Exit is an independent project-intake and matching platform. It does not perform decommissioning, equipment removal, data destruction or transport.

What it does not include

  • no physical work, site survey, destruction or transport;
  • no quote, no estimate and no price commitment;
  • no guarantee that a provider is available, responds, or is retained;
  • no certification of destruction, recycling or disposition.

Your obligations

You undertake to provide accurate information and to have the authority to share the project details you submit, including any obligations owed to your own customers.
