What Data Center Exit does
We inventory the estate against your asset register, de-cable, remove racks, sanitise every storage device by erasure or destruction, sort assets for resale or recycling, and hand over a certificate pack reconciled serial number by serial number. The pack is the deliverable; everything before it is logistics.
What it does not do
We do not decide which of your assets are destroyed and which are erased. That is a data classification decision, it belongs to the data owner, and delegating it to whoever profits from the answer is the single mistake worth avoiding in this field. We will tell you which model your estate supports and then execute the policy you set.
How providers are selected
Where we subcontract, we say so and we name the facility. Every handover is a point in the chain of custody, and a buyer is entitled to know how many there are before signing rather than after an audit.
How the platform is paid
We are paid for the work, on a scope signed before mobilization. Where resale proceeds are involved we state which commercial model applies, because a vendor funded by resale has a reason to prefer erasure over destruction, and that reason must never decide your destruction policy.
